🎥 🚨 BREAKING NEWS | Judge Aldo J. Russo Reinstates Civil Lawsuit Against DJ Akademiks

🏛️ Judge Aldo J. Russo has reinstated the civil lawsuit against Livingston Allen, better known as DJ Akademiks, a popular hip-hop media personality, blogger, and livestreamer, after the case was previously administratively dismissed during the discovery phase.

📂 The lawsuit, filed on May 14, 2024, by Fauziya “Ziya” Abashe, alleges rape, sexual assault, negligence, and defamation. Akademiks has denied the allegations and continues to contest the claims.

📜 On June 5, 2026, the court reportedly vacated the administrative dismissal and restored the case to the active docket, allowing the litigation to move forward. The reinstatement was procedural and not a ruling on the merits of the allegations.

🟢 The lawsuit remains active. There has been no trial, no verdict, and no finding of liability. The next major phase is expected to involve additional pretrial proceedings before any trial is scheduled.

This went down at the Bee County Sheriff's Office in Beeville, Texas. A citizen tried to file a complaint against a deputy using Texas Government Code Section 614.022. By state law, a legal complaint only needs to be two things: in writing and signed.

Instead of following the law, the front desk clerk illegally demanded his personal information first, threw a screaming tantrum, and walked off.

When the supervisor stepped in, it got even worse. He literally backed her up admitting on camera that their internal "policy" overrides Texas state law. To cap it off, they refused to hand over a business card, told him to come back Monday, and walked out.

NEW: Texas Pediatric Dentist Arrested After 4-Year-Old Dies From Double-Dose of Powerful Opioid During Routine Tongue-Tie Procedure

Dr. Chrishelle Hemphill, 48, owner of Cuddle Kids Dental Care in Fort Worth, was arrested in July 2026 and charged with injury to a child causing serious bodily injury, a second-degree felony.

The charges stem from the April 1, 2026, death of 4-year-old Aithana Rodriguez Arriaga, who was brought to the clinic for a routine frenectomy.

Dr. Hemphill administered an oral liquid solution of Meperidine (Demerol) along with other sedatives and nitrous oxide.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner ruled the death a result of meperidine toxicity.

The autopsy found the child had been given double the intended dose, resulting in a blood concentration of 793 nanograms per milliliter — a level considered toxic even for adults.
