"Like Warren, I had a considerable passion to get rich, not because I wanted Ferraris—I wanted the independence. I desperately wanted it."
— Charlie Munger
once u stop fantasizing about an ideal version of urself & start working towards it by setting ur alarm clock earlier, working out, reading & stop procrastinating you'll realise that it was so easy all along. ur ideal self will only ever exist in ur mind until u make the decision
No be say money no dey. But the reason we ask you to only date women who see their income as family income and invest everything to the family, is that, where your money is, that is where your heart will be. Two of you are pulling resources together and two of you are reaping together.
You cannot get someone's heart by spending N100m on them. Let them invest their own money, they will water it with their life.
Anyone without financial discipline is always under constant money pressure. That pressure will make you live tomorrow’s life today by spending money you haven’t even earned yet.
My rule is that every money that enters your hand, you don’t spend it until you’ve multiplied it. Don’t earn and eat all. Earn and invest!

When the status of a family member, friend, course mate or acquaintance changes. Be it fortune, promotion, appointment etc, don't hastily and erroneously attribute their change in schedule to change in character.
Most Nigerians are easily fond of this by saying, “He is now proud, He no longer has our time, He no longer relates with people like us”. Of course, there are people who may become proud due to change in status.
However, in many cases, most people don't know how to handle the new status or increase in fortune of those they are close to.
They forget that these things come with extra workload, tight schedule, extra work demands and increased expectations.
At this point, you do not expect to have the same level of access, attention, interaction and availability as they previously did except you share certain commonality in work and interests.
Then, many people don't know how to manage access. They abuse it. Sometimes, people restrict your access to them just so they can still be able to bless you. Familiarity is such a delicate thing to manage. For instance, you can never notice nor discover something fascinating in an environment you have become disrespectfully familiar with. Have a blessed day.
