@Airtel_Presence switched to IPTV a couple of days ago after your team’s recommendation and it’s been a poor experience so far. The box and TV keep shutting down randomly. The installation engineer keeps blaming the socket/TV but hasn’t even checked the IPTV box.
@CareDominos Ordered from Domino’s on Nov 1. Delivery guy shows up 1 item short and assures me the store manager will “totally” refund it. Filed complaint #18345391, was promised a call. Fast forward 6 days with no call, no refund and complaint is now magically “closed.”👏
@CareDominos Really admire your “personalized” style of customer service, disappearing for 8 days without a single update is truly next level. At this point, just admit the order probably never made it past the store or the rider. Money’s gone for sure. Great job @CareDominos 👍👍
Ordered a feast from @burgerkingindia via @Swiggy yesterday. Got icecold food, even the cheese wasn't melted. Swiggy’s bot assured me this is “standard preparation” and told me to email support. It’s been a day and still no reply. Guess the customer service is frozen too

@BlueDartCares No, you haven't. The customer care executive gave me the warehouse address and asked me to pick up today. I travelled all the way to the warehouse and I was denied citing that due to rains, they can't retrieve the packet now and asked to come back tomorrow. Typical Govt office

@BlueDartCares Nothing has happened so far. The customer care executive yesterday assured me that the package would be delivered by 7:30 PM yesterday but no delivery attempt was made. Absolutely pathetic service.
@Uber_India I booked a Reserve ride to the airport for a 4:30 AM pickup. The reservation was confirmed. But the first driver cancelled, and the next one (Kuldeep) called to say picking me up would be a loss for him because he was 9 km away. Seriously?
This experience was anything but reliable. Zero accountability, no support and poor service, especially for a Reserve ride that’s meant for peace of mind.
Not using @Uber again.
And guess what? @Uber_India still charged me a cancellation fee. The irony. I booked a @rapidobikeapp instead — they accepted instantly and the car arrived in under a minute. No drama, no excuses.
