@Blossomaffia I just started building a personal brand after years of procrastination
Not an easy one though and I'm still working on consistency but I know that someday my future self will thank me for taking this step
So you out there, you can always get started just like I have done ✅
The biggest lesson I learned at @T_G_N_C wasn't nutrition.
It was this:
Knowledge gets attention.
Character, communication, and consistency build impact.
That's the kind of professional I'm striving to become.
✨ Build meaningful collaborations that improve nutrition and public health outcomes
Because knowledge becomes truly valuable when it is translated into action
I'm grateful for the experience, and I'm excited for what comes next
This may have been the end of the Bootcamp, but for me, it's the beginning
Going forward, I intend to:
✨ Continue creating evidence-based nutrition education content
✨ Participate in more community health projects
✨ Strengthen my communication, leadership, and advocacy skills
These three days reminded me that real impact is built on one conversation, one community, one project, and one person at a time
A sincere thank you to TGNC Health Matters and every facilitator for organizing such a thoughtful, practical, and inspiring Bootcamp
This reinforced the kind of professional I want to become.
Not someone who simply shares information.
But someone who helps people understand it, apply it, and improve their lives because of it.
✅ Hospitality, empathy, professionalism, and integrity are not "soft" skills - they are career-defining skills.
One point especially resonated with me:
People rarely remember every fact you shared, but they almost always remember how you made them feel.
✅ Feel free to restrategize and it's okay to pause at some point
✅ Build credibility through consistency, not perfection.
✅ Your uniqueness is your advantage. Don't try to become another version of someone else.
Some of my biggest takeaways included:
✅ Build knowledge, but also build trust
✅ Don't wait until you know everything before you start making an impact
✅ Learn to communicate your value with confidence and humility
✅ Ask meaningful questions, they open doors to growth
As students and young professionals, we often believe that collecting certificates is enough.
But communities don't simply need people who know nutrition.
They need professionals who can listen before speaking, understand before advising, and serve before expecting recognition
It was an honest conversation about what it truly means to build impact
One statement stayed with me:
👉Technical knowledge may get you into the room, but your ability to communicate, connect, solve problems, and serve people determines how long you remain there.
I also left with something I didn't expect - a shift in mindset.
The third and final day, led by Rhoda Olorunseyi, founder of The Global Nutrition Community (TGNC Health Matters), wasn't just another lecture.
The Bootcamp ended…
The biggest lesson I learned wasn't about nutrition. It was about becoming the kind of professional people trust
When I joined the TGNC Nutrition Educators Bootcamp 2026, I expected to learn more about nutrition education
I did
Being awake since 1am working and creating
Being a really long night
Positive Energy and Minds always
God bless all the works of our hands
Good morning X Fam
Children’s futures can’t wait. Governments and businesses must:
✔️ Reduce emissions.
🏫 Protect children and the services they rely on.
🗣️ Empower children and young people to be at the heart of climate decision-making.

Day 2 at @T_G_N_C Bootcamp showed me something powerful, nutrition impact is not just knowledge, it’s execution in communities.
You can design the best nutrition program, but without community engagement, it won’t survive reality.
