She died on May 1st. 2021. Her death didn't make headlines and was void of national honor and recognition. Our unsung heroine.

I travelled to OAU for work. Guess what we saw? People were hawking loaves of bread that were cut into smaller portions at stop points in nylon. This is a problem, the purchasing power is eating deep.

Drinking water is good, but if you drink unclean water, you could get stomach ulcers.

Many people think that fasting or not eating enough causes stomach ulcer, but it's either bad water or abusing drugs like Ibuprofen in the class of NSAIDS that caused theirs

Let me explain:

In simplest of terms, an ulcer is just a wound on the inside of the stomach. To treat it, you would need to remove what is causing the wound and reduce the acid in the stomach so it can heal.

Now you know it might take a while to heal. Ulcers are curable and treatable.
