Excessive Borrowing Without Accountability: Further Affirmation of Imprudent Governance.
President Bola Tinubu's administration has engaged in remarkably imprudent borrowing, escalating Nigeria's total debt to approximately N200 trillion. This represents an increase of over N100 trillion within a mere three years, a stark contrast to the roughly N49 trillion accumulated during President Muhammadu Buhari's eight-year tenure, which would have projected to around N80 trillion. As millions of Nigerians grapple with the shock of this unsustainable debt accumulation, the situation is exacerbated by the government's reckless approach to borrowing and a profound absence of accountability and transparency in the utilisation of these funds.
For instance, data from the Federation's Budget Office reveals that the Bola Tinubu government borrowed N11.89 trillion in the first three quarters of 2025 (January to September), exceeding the planned borrowing target of N10.34 trillion by approximately N1.54 trillion. Under a responsible and accountable government, such an overshoot would necessitate rigorous scrutiny and explanation from relevant governmental bodies. Regrettably, this is not the reality under the current administration.
Compounding this issue, only N3.10 trillion of the borrowed funds was allocated to capital expenditure during the same January-September 2025 period. This constitutes a mere 17.66% of the N17.58 trillion earmarked for capital projects, leaving a deficit of roughly N14.48 trillion, or 82.34% of planned capital expenditure unfunded.
The most disturbing aspect of the financial management fiasco under Bola Tinubu is that there is no explanation or information regarding how the balance was utilised or deployed. The question that Nigerians are rightly asking and deserve an answer to is what happened to the balance? Was it deployed for recurrent expenditure/ consumption, for the entertainment of guests to Aso Rock or transferred to the Renewed Hope Agenda 2027 Election Campaign Fund? Nigerians deserve an answer on how our economy and resources are most unpatriotically managed.
A New and Productive Nigeria is POssible, and Nigeria will be OK!

The British government denied what? @10DowningStreet What did you deny you spawns of Hilter? I knew that BBC "documentary" was a desperate attempt by Britain to absolve themselves of their actions.
That "war" wouldn't have happened if not for Britian. James Robertson, the occupation governor at that time, and Harold Macmillan, Britain prime minister at that time, was extremely clear on each Britain involvement. BBC must be out of their mind to think we still live in the era of their lies.
THIS EVERGREEN VIDEO PAYS NO RENT ON MY PHONE, IT STAYS HERE TILL THY KINGDOM COME!!! The only offence of Peter Obi is that he is not too cunning like them, he is not corrupt like them, he is not brutal like them, he is not stealing like them. Retweet massively pls.
“It’s the height of political rascålity for a government officer to access citizens’ information from the INEC portal. It says a lot. I see it as a huge ins✓lt to every political party and every Nigerian. He is basically telling us that whoever you are, I can pull your information from anywhere. That kind of rascålity needs to be stopped. I have already started taking action on it.”
— Emeka Ike reacts to the trending post made by Wike’s aide, Lere Olayinka, about his details.
Calling on DAAY GO to advise his pastor, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, and her husband, the President.
The problem is not just the President. The problem is that the First Lady does not seem interested in the well-being of Nigerians. Her focus appears to be more on winning elections and celebrating electoral victories than on addressing the challenges facing ordinary citizens.
VeryDarkMan bl@sts Ayo Fayose over that he said yesterday
VDM: “There’s no way you will support APC and not look like a fuul. Today’s fuul is AYO FAYOSE, former Gov of Ekiti state...in a bid to whitewash Tinubu and hide his inc0mpetence, Ayo Fayose said yesterday that the Oyo students and teachers incident was orchestrated by the OYO state government to bl@ckmail Tinubu. God will pun!sh you for trying to water down the ins£curity issues in Nigeria…..”
This guy completely highlighted all the celebrities that has been calling Tinubu out, the ones that mentioned him name and tagged him and the ones that did not, with full evidences 👀
Joshua Boluwatife has come after gospel singer Adeyinka Alaseyori.
He told her to shut up and stop giving her followers false hope by claiming that prayer is the only solution. He accused her of supporting President Tinubu and the APC just so they can invite her to sing at their campaigns during the next election.
Shut up! Stop defending the APC and stop giving your fans false hope!
"Just because you've added some mellow music in the background of what you're saying doesn't mean you're making sense. Some of you gospel ministers and pastors are s€llouts. You've sold your conscience to politicians. They donate to your programs and churches, so it's very easy for you to come on social media and say just anything. Do you know what it means for several students and teachers to be kidn@pped? In some countries, a løst dog can be found within 24 hours."
— Solomon Buchi knøcks Yinka Alaseyori over her remarks in a recent video.
“Nigerians should write a petition against Lere Olayinka, don’t wait for opposition to do that. It is your data that was breached!”
- @IdrisZekeriJnr admonishes Nigerians.
“If you, Nigerians, fail to vote for Peter Obi, and Tinubu mistakenly wins, you will suffer. And I may not be here to suffer with you.”
