@Cee_jayking @Solomon_Buchi Beyond the benefits you listed, I concluded that these mundane activities are a great creativity boost, majorly because the mind has room to wander and isn’t under pressure to be productive. So, the muddy waters settle and great ideas or memories find their way to the surface.
@Cee_jayking @Solomon_Buchi I completely, totally agree. I’m not yet a parent—so from a personal perspective, I started observing a couple of years ago that I’ve gotten a greater number of my most brilliant ideas while doing seemingly mindless activity; like picking beans.
What matters most is action; ideas are useless without execution.
Which is why you need to trap your ideas because you only work on what you remember.
This also ensures you never run out of ideas cos you’ll always have a well to draw from.
I think there's an invisible cloud to which God has uploaded ideas which can be downloaded by anyone who tunes into the right frequency.
I also think that no idea is unique to anyone, unlimited persons can download a single idea.
Some of us can create courses on various subjects out of the content of our screenshots.
The answer to some of your questions might just be in that picture/video/document you saved for later.
This is a reminder to go through your files sometimes.
They may build conscious or subconscious expectations for you and may call out any contrary behavior you exhibit in that area.
This serves as a double check for you because even though it's not about them, you've somehow become accountable to them.
This helps the formation and cementing of your new identity because you're obliged to match your words with your actions and the more you say and act it, the more your mind believes and adopts it.
