@BOMBAS have you guys crashed and burned? I used to hear nothing but positive things about your customer service, but my most recent order is still “processing” for 3 weeks, and I’ve emailed at least 4 times with no response. So much for the Christmas present for my wife. =(
@jburton I took a cab from Logan tonight bc no Ubers /Lyfts nearby, and I was reminded why the traditional taxi industry is dying. Smelly old car, bad driver, no GPS, and $105 fare when #Lyft would have been $55.
