Having the worst experience with the samsung soundbar. Even worse is their customer support.
The soundbar looses sound all of a sudden and has to be unplugged and rebooted. And this is on their high end Q990D system.

The call center agent said they could do a remote diagnostic and scheduled an appointment.I
Waited and guess what, No one called.

Using their products like phones, TV and this soundbar. Never again. Go for LG or Sonos for peace of mind.
Finally after pursuing them I got a mail to schedule the return, and the first available date is 24th June. So almost two months without my system.
Meanwhile after I recieved the soundbar I had the same problem with sound drops.
