@DGAFPokerPlayer@MarleSpragg@HUSTLERCASINOLA@HCLPokerShow All live streamed venues IMO need 2 run some online hyper turbo sats, maybe 1 sat per month, where it's winner take all that wins a seat, a decent buy in and travel & accommodation expenses to sit in the live stream game. Plus a free entry to the next sat + merch for 2nd to 10th
@LandonTice@IgnitionCasino *Any* sponsored poker pro 4 a site that also offers -EV games (so virtually all poker sites), is just as "guilty". E.g. u can open a poker account bcos of a sponsored pro u saw patched up / promoting, with intention of playing 25c/50c & next day be playing $1K per hand Blackjack
@daraokearney When you said to him, "that as far as the Hendon Mob was concerned it was like he was never here in Vegas."
That was a brilliant piece of wit.
@Charlie_Carrel Haven't tested but am aware of it as a factor. E.g. Many crops / fruits / vegetables grown near motorways will have potentially dangerously high heavy metals content.
@badams78 It's because the amount the caller (water drinker) will pay (call) is quite inelastic. So you are better off betting 6x pot on the river (charging $24) and getting called 20% of the time, than betting 2x pot (charging $8) and getting paid 40% of the time.
@SpaceyFCB@WAFoxen Serious question, what percentage of players who played the previous WSOP, when it was mandatory to be vaccinated to play in it, do you think only got the vaccine in order to play, when they otherwise would not have got it?
@RonnieBardah There is no correct answer, as played.
If I had 2 make a judgement on it, I'd say that the player shld have done more research about such bonus events b4 asking 4 backing.
But the backer is also wrong 4 assuming the bonus event is rolled over into.
So fairest decision is 2.5%
@DougPolkVids@LodgePokerClub Prev watched stream & was vry good, but won't b watching until I c something from u by why of some kind of reparations 4 ur role in promoting CoinFlex. I appreciate that 4 legal reasons ur hands r prob tied on this. But once they r untied doing so wld repair ur personal brand IMO
@DougPolkVids@PatBarr52364730 To give you credit, you said many days ago that they should open up their books so that everyone can see their net asset position.
Bcos they haven't done this, there has 2b some suspicion that paying out 10% might b a ploy 2 convince new investors that its's safe to invest $87M.
@daraokearney@PokerBunnyy@WSOP A lot of craft 2learn2navigate thru an MTT, diff strats 4diff stack depths, changing gears, bubble pressurising. +live alot of skills u can't pick up thru learned theory, e.g. profiling oppos, live tells, &general psychological warfare. So a huge amount 4 a relative novice 2learn
@daraokearney@PokerBunnyy@WSOP In NLHE MTTs ICM doesn't come in2 play much until well past mid-way point, or r u using that as an example of her having a very high aptitude. Btw, I don't think it's crazy playing these buy ins, but sml mistakes in MTTs easily get amplified & inexperienced players will make them
@Joeingram1 Needs to be free to air, too many other things to do in life, and so much free poker content out there, why would I pay to watch quite a slow game unfold.
@daraokearney@PokerBunnyy@WSOP No hate, I can c that Paulina is a winning online cash game player & improving all the time, but isn't this a massive leap, & in a different discipline, playing $1K to $5K MTTs. Most players, even the gr8s cut their teeth in $20,$50,$100 live comps etc to learn & get experience.
@NickVertucciNV@GottaRaiseYa@DougPolkVids Yeah, HU @ 2 big a disadvantage, but ur full ring game is pretty good, moving towards very good. Sure u play tight, but that's a good building block 2 expand ur game from in time.
Back in ur "@GmanPoker's ATM" days u often 2nd guessed yourself & made bad decisions, but not now.
