Sat with a friend this evening with cold one, as you do when someone asked if I had guided on the FWWCBTP and did I remember taking a student who had found a Memorial Plaque and identified who it was. Turn left at 'Agony' and there was the Gunner! Small world!! @WW1_Education

@battleguide The Sherwood Rangers Yeomanry were possibly the most experienced armoured Regiment by the end of WW2. Just about served in every part of the European Theatre of Operations... not bad for 'Saturday Night Soldiers'!!
