@JioCare Where do you see the reschedule option? This is happening every time now, whenever a ticket is raised, it keep rescheduling or engineer is not getting assigned. What a poor service

Let us 𝐉𝐎𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐎𝐆𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 & 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐒𝐓 the Ethanol blending mandate which is destroying our vehicles. The policy for Ethanol blending with Petrol is ill-conceived & not put across transparently before us "WE THE PEOPLE" ! Don't expect the Opposition to raise this issue as their memebrs also are involved in Sugar mills & Ethanol distilleries! @JioCare Internet on fiber is down since morning, raised a support req in the morning, and yet schhedule visit keep going on Hold. What is the problem? Now I am not even able to talk to any customer care executive as the ticket is already raised. Fix this BS asap
