Sadness, Anger Shock are amongst the many emotions many of us are feeling. I've been praying to God of late, finding it hard to connect. Today I felt it was so easy to connect to God in my prayers for the victims. I hope if you pray then you do too.

@Bunnings so one of the staff said you're short staffed today in your Campbelltown store today as last night they had their Xmas party. Very unimpressive especially when your customers often rely on your staff's advice to make their purchases. Poor great customer experience.

@Qantas so you've changed one of my flights and now I am staying in LA overnight. I've called 13 13 13 and was waiting 2hrs10 mins and gave up, I then had to get back to work (daytime). Call back at night and still an ETA of 2 hours. This is unacceptable. Pls help!
