@AJEnglish You are wrong. It's not 200 year old dispute, it is 50 60 years old when in 1962 India was allowed to stay temporarily by Nepal but they never left. Nepal somehow did not raised any voice up until India started to build the road as if this belongs to them. Be clear, please.

@AnupKaphle @kathmandupost I do believe this can happen using loopholes of the system. I have seen some ex of this kind of fraudulent in health system. Rich pay no premiums n low copay whereas who go by rule pay more premium. When people are greedy n loses moral, the inequality prevails.
