@AmericanAir travel update: I was supposed to leave Miami at 10:29AM today to get to my final destination of Medellin. It is now 3:05pm and I am still in Miami. I was supposed to be in Medellin YESTERDAY. How do you still function as an airline? Please explain.

@AmericanAir travel update: By some miracle, I made the connection flight (the gates were closed but people were literally knocking on the door and waving to the pilots), but now my flight to my final destination has a "maintenance" issue and we are delayed. Again. 🫠
