@NexaExperience the service center at Wakad has really gone down in quality. Came here for a recall to replace seatbelt in XL6. Men’s toilet is horrendous. Railway toilets are cleaner. It was stinky. Toilet not flushed. Tobacco spit in the basin.

Filthy toilets, unflushed seats, tobacco spit in the basin, and a strong stench of urine.
Totally unacceptable for a brand that claims premium service. Please fix this urgently.

@AkasaAir Two days in a row the flight has been rescheduled. Call Center number is waiting for more than 40 mins. No resolution. What do you expect us to do. Only by saying sorry for the inconvenience doesn’t help. Please resolve this issue.
