@HottiMcNugget About the surgery, I didn’t have one myself, but a friend did. While it is obviously effective, it’s also quite brutal on your body. If you feel like you might need it, be sure to discuss it with your doctor.
@HottiMcNugget You by no means have to eat that little. My dietitian recommended that I eat around 1400–1500 calories a day.
The most important part of losing weight is sticking to your new diet so it becomes your new normal. It needs to be comfortable and not feel like a punishment.
