Bulls fans have to understand keeping Theis isn't a "being cheap" issue. For CHI to have cap space, renouncing Theis is almost necessary. Meaning CHI will be limited in what they can sign him too.

It isn't impossible to keep Theis and have significant cap space, but difficult.
