@MarvelousCloud Getting fever means your body is responding to vaccine it's good. Take some paracetamol tablet and proper rest. My mom also have fever after her first shot of vaccine doctor give her paracetamol and ask for rest. She is now fine and sone with her second shot of vaccine too

2) if need to refresh any sandboxes what are the post refresh steps need to perform.
3) understanding of other objects as Salesforce admin you don't have access bcz of license limitation, which user help for those objects.
