Honourable Sir my question is, how the building plan was sanctioned, when all the necessary conditions are not followed to get the sanctioned plan & property tax is dues still date. Now I am in big trouble in financially and get the necessary property papers. Please help.Regards

In these said building doesn't have proper drinkable water source & no water reserves in ground level. I enquired in our Joka municipal office that, morethan Rs.3 Lakhs dues as property tax, which is not paid by our builder. Any many more discrepancy is in the building.

Further the same person Mr.Nilarun Mukherjee locked our common place ie rooftop by force. He locked our elevator room too. In an emergency we can't help if anybody inside of Elevator and trapped. I informed in ps with GDE no 2274 on 25/09/18. Still date I get any response from ps
