Throw in the fact that MLS is way into their season, Liga MX teams are fresh of preseason. Yes the gap has closed, but plenty of things to consider. A home tournament vs teams just getting into game shape.

It’s being played in the USA 🇺🇸 and the final is all MLS teams.

Know what that means?
That both of these leagues are very close in terms of their level and the gap as been closed.
With a slight advantage for Liga MX still, imo.
