What an awful experience on @tfwrail this evening, Manchester Piccadilly at 17:31 to Newport;delayed by 40min so the onward connection was missed, dirty and there was a poo in the doorway so that everyone was walking it through the carriage. Lovely smell for 4 hours! Disgraceful.
