THE SUPREME COURT IS ABOUT TO DROP THREE RULINGS THAT WILL DEFINE WHAT AMERICA ACTUALLY IS!

Buckle up. Today could be one of the most consequential days in a generation. Here is what is at stake.

BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP. Trump signed an executive order on Day 1 ending automatic citizenship for babies born to parents here illegally or on temporary visas. Every lower court blocked it. Now the Supreme Court decides. If they side with Trump, roughly 255,000 babies born per year would no longer receive automatic citizenship. Stephen Miller put it plainly: "The idea that you could just set foot on U.S. soil, and any child you have can be an American citizen...it's outrageous." The left calls it unconstitutional. Patriots call it common sense.

MAIL-IN BALLOTS. The RNC is asking the court to rule that ballots must be RECEIVED by Election Day, not just postmarked. Over a dozen states currently count late-arriving mail ballots. Republicans argue that if Election Day means anything, it has to mean something. This is not just about one race. This is about whether elections have a finish line.

TRANSGENDER ATHLETE BANS. Roughly half the states have passed laws protecting girls' sports from biological males competing against them. The court's conservative majority signaled during oral arguments they are likely to uphold the bans. A win here does not just protect women's sports. It sends a message that common sense still has a seat at the table.

Three rulings. Three battles that go straight to the heart of sovereignty, election integrity, and biological reality.

DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin is defending the Trump administration's push to end Temporary Protected Status for certain migrants, saying TPS was always intended to be temporary, not permanent.

He says many recipients had years to seek a different legal status and the U.S. will help those who leave voluntarily by offering airfare and a relocation payment.

"If you choose not to, then we'll pick you up and force you to leave."
