@Se_Railway are you able to clarify what type of animals these were? Seen this reason a lot more frequently on the TW/Hastings line over summer and it’d be good to know what’s causing it.

@Se_Railway I was delayed on a service on 7th Oct that I paid for using contactless. TFL’s cyber attack means I still can’t access my contactless journey history to complete a delay repay form - will I be able to claim after the usual 28 day limit if they don’t fix it soon?
@Se_Railway Hi @Se_Railway, can see the 21:46 train from CX to Tunbridge Wells is still delayed - is this due to the same issue? And should passengers for Orpington get the 21:40 slow service instead?
@Se_Railway can I please check why Trainline is showing no direct / fast trains from Orpington into London tomorrow from 7:30-9:30? Suggesting to go back and change at Sevenoaks but can’t see any explanation on your website

@passportwaiting Haven't seen many updates for Belfast, so sharing my timeline in case helpful: docs received 20th Oct and app approved 10th Nov. Rang to get my travel date added to file although not sure if that sped it up or not. Expected TNT delivery tomorrow.
@AmyMelia5 Nothing yet either. Mine went into 'Application Processing' (which I think is the slower route?) on 22nd Oct and hasn't moved since. But also have my fingers crossed for this week!🤞 Have got travel dates flagged on my file now too - unsure if it's done much to help though...
@laurawillingal Hi Laura - what date did they end up printing and posting yours out to you on? Was it a big delay from being approved? Likewise Belfast and still in processing, but trying to add up timelines to see if I'll be ok for my holiday!
@Emmsalea@passportwaiting That's great they were able to help! Was this an advisor on the main helpline, or someone in the progress team? I keep asking for a note to be added to my file about holiday date, but they're saying it's not possible...

@AmyMelia5@passportwaiting I'm the same - realised and applied on 18th Oct, fly out 3rd Dec, wish I'd done fast track! Tried to cancel the app, get old passport back and go through 1week instead, but told this could take even longer so am now anxiously waiting. Any update on yours?
