Last week was our final training session with our wonderful @TSHBerkshire @_MEInstitute ECT Year 2 cohort! We ended by ECTs narrowing down their key teaching principles and techniques to just 5 - a challenging task, but one which demonstrated their amazing progress and passion 😀
