I think Sam Fender having an entire weekend of shows is not only great for his local fans and the club, but benefits the entire city.

#NUFC shirts at pretty much every turn, pub’s full and sun out - whether you love his music or not the general vibe this weekend had been brilliant, especially in and around the city centre.

It’s really good to see a local lad doing so well for himself, whilst also serving everyone who has been so far with a great show and an almost matchday like atmosphere at St James’ Park.

I’m all for making this a regular thing for as long as possible - it’s been a great weekend so far @samfendermusic 🎸🙌🏽
