@British_Airways Morning, a mutual client had flight canx . BA2567 MAH/LGW 24th sept. Still no refund . Just says pending. Tix no 125-2108271167. IATA number 91226332. Pls can U see what is happening? Had another pac on same flight and refunded very quickly so all a bit strange. TIA
