Another excellent verdict achieved by partners Jeff Hansen and Sarah Tuthill-Kveton out of King County. The case was a MVA involving a pedestrian. Way to go!

Another great CB outcome for Sarah Tuthill-Kveton (MVA case). Plaintiff sought $100k at arbitration. Liability was admitted, but damages were disputed. The arbitrator found that none of plaintiff’s treatment was related. Plaintiff was awarded only $7,700 in noneconomic damages.

Another trial win for Jeff Hansen! Jeff just completed a 3-day trial. Liability was admitted and the only issue was the nature and extent of the plaintiff's alleged traumatic brain injury. The jury agreed with Jeff and awarded damages based on Jeff's recommendations.
