Beberapa perkara yang nak highlight:-

1) Jangan terlalu takut untuk consume latte atau 'milk-based' atas sebab kalori. Saya selalu consider latte sebagai 'snack', maka anda kena ejas selagi boleh biar masuk dengan kalori keperluan anda

Tak payah ngade ngade oder americano atas sebab 'diet' kalau memang tak boleh pergi dengan taste dia.

2) 90% kalori ini saya kutip dari app zus..Namun, ada 10% yang saya kira sendiri kalorinya atas sebab saya masih skeptikal/ragu-ragu dengan kiraan kalori yang Zus bagi dekat app. Contohnya iced mocha dan cocoa mocha

3) At the end, tujuan buat infografik ni hanya untuk anda guna pakai sebagai tools jika anda guna 'kira kalori' sebagai cara untuk lose weight. Kalau anda tak berdiet dan anda sudahpun maintain berat dan selalu je minum spanish latte seperti saya, tak payah takut!!!

Okay now aku confused. Aku confident kata ABS ada kat Perodua Axia E.
Rupanya tak ada.
Aku ingatkan homologation kita mewajibkan semua kenderaan baru ada ABS.

It seems tak perlu and this is not good. Tayar kecik dan halus bermakna lebih mudah untuk lock-up bila brek mengejut masa hujan. Dan ini Malaysia, hujan kita bukan main-main.

Either @anthonyloke kena upgrade homologation, atau Perodua kena tambah ABS.

So betul la apa @weekasiongmp dok cakap.

Sigh…. So siapa dah beli, tolong upgrade tayar dan bawak pelan pelan masa hujan.
