🚨BREAKING🚨 DENT is NOT dead! 🚀 This document provides us with further solid evidence that the ethereum:0x3597bfd533a99c9aa083587b074434e61eb0a258 team is still actively communicating behind the scenes with institutional players in Europe. Although they have shut down their websites and dashboards for the public (retail), they officially collaborated with the $CCRI institute and the $Bitvavo exchange in the same week (mid-September) to ensure the legal survival of the token under the $MiCA regulation. Therefore, the project leadership has not disappeared – they are communicating with regulators and exchanges. 🔥 1. Confirmation of Network Structure (Fields S.4 & S.5) In the document, under field S.4 (Consensus Mechanism), it is officially stated: Token / No Consensus Algorithm, and under field S.5, that the token does not have its own consensus but relies on the Ethereum network. An exchange or external institute cannot independently legally define the status of the token. CCRI was required to obtain written confirmation and technical documentation of the smart contract from the official issuers, officially confirming that the public DENT token (ERC-20) operates exclusively as a Layer-2 or application token on Ethereum and does not have its own Proof-of-Work or Proof-of-Stake consensus that would consume additional energy. 2. Access to Precise On-Chain Data and "Supply" Structure For CCRI to calculate the extremely precise annual energy consumption of the token, which is exactly 7,47429 kWh (field S.8), it required precise data on: The number of transactions on the smart contract within a specific period. The proportion that DENT transactions represent in the entire Ethereum ecosystem. These specific input data regarding the operation of the smart contract (especially during the transitional period between September 10 and 23, 2026) are always coordinated by auditors with the issuer's technical team before publication to prevent any legal lawsuits due to incorrect data reporting. 3.
