A highly dangerous maggot that eats the living flesh of pets, livestock, and humans has been discovered in Texas.
Last year, Trump ousted thousands of key staff from the office dedicated to preventing the spread of dangerous pests.
@revividity@SquareCircle01 I will say, I am skeptical of Fatima still even if I don’t know the individual claims, because I’m not Catholic and it’s a very Catholic affirming miracle. Or that’s how they use it. I think it contradicts what we know scripturally, so I doubt it’s divinely inspired.
@revividity@SquareCircle01 Because it builds resilience against outside forces that would remove you from Christ. The way you’re describing it, flagellation, also seems inaccurate from what I’m gathering. Seems to be more individual self-sacrifices like, as he said, fasting.
@SquareCircle01@revividity I’m not an expert on this particular one but that doesn’t sound so bad. Obviously suffering for Christ is a pretty Christian thing to do, so long as it isn’t exceptionally harmful to yourself or others. But I’m open to the idea that some things people think are miracle are demons
@rikeyboi If you think I’m being aggressive by using the same language you used back at you, then you may need to self reflect. And maybe double check what you’ve been discussing, since you clearly are a little lost.
@rikeyboi The idea that the Bible clearly teaches this to the point that you aren’t following Jesus if you have a differing belief here IS laughable. Hence why you had to appeal to church tradition rather than Jesus. Which is fine, but don’t pretend this is a clear Jesus teaching.
@rikeyboi He said there’s no biblical basis that to believe that is necessary to be Christian. Watch the video you quote-tweeted, lol. Also, he clarified so much that he’s not an expert and doesn’t know for certain when mentioning his biblical abortion example.
@rikeyboi Did anyone say there’s no historical basis to be pro-life as a Christian? With any reading comprehension or ability to see what James said, the claim is it’s NOT NECESSARY to be a Christian and there has been inconsistency within the tradition. Not that nobody can justly believe.
@rikeyboi That’s not what anybody says. I think the Catholics are very consistent. But they’re not the only forms of Christians. As James said, the idea that to be CHRISTIAN, you have to use these specific views, is ridiculous. That doesn’t mean you can’t be Christian and be pro-life.
@denimneverdies According to the religion of Denim Humanism, the worst sin you can commit is being against “sexual freedom” because everyone has the Science-given right to have herpes and HIV if they want to!
@denimneverdies Looked through your posts to see your view of Christianity is basic and rooted in epic Reddit tier counter-apologetics. The sad part is it seems intentional, too. You know you’re a dishonest, ignorant person and that doesn’t bother you. Probably why you’re a Hasan Piker fan. Lol
Trump has won this war 7 times.
He’s negotiated a peace settlement 12 times.
And he’s opened the Strait of Hormuz at least 4 times.
What more do you want from him?
If you are noticing on the sidelines that leftist influencers are turning against Bad Empanada, I want to remind you that those very same leftist influencers were very happy to promote Bad Empanada when he was harassing, doxing, and swatting liberals.
They are insincere.
@revividity@SquareCircle01 (2) that we have some form of evolutionary trait that resembles morality, but it wouldn’t be any form of objective morality, it’d just be an instinct or a feeling. That hypothetically could be the case now, but I think there’s better reasons to believe there is an ultimate Good
