A few drops of rainfall cause #APDCL to surrender. We, the students, every year survive the annual examinations under lamp and candle. How are the authorities not embarrassed by situations like these!!

দুবছৰ হ'ল লখিমপুৰ পশুচিকিৎসা বিজ্ঞান মহাবিদ্যালয়ত নামভৰ্তি কৰা, আজিলৈ এটা পৰীক্ষা দি নাপালোঁ যাৰ বাবে মমবাতিৰ পোহৰত পঢ়িব লগা হোৱা নাই। মাত্ৰ দুখন পশুচিকিৎসা মহাবিদ্যায় আছে অসমত, তাৰেই এখনত শিক্ষাৰ্থীৰ পৰীক্ষাৰ সময়ত এনে দুৰৱস্থা। apdcl ত ফোন কৰিও একো উত্তৰ নাই, ফোনেই নধৰে।
