@@OriginalTommys sad to say your management team there was not helpful. We told them about the situation and he laughed and questioned us. Terrible customer service. Disappointed that a local spot we have been coming to for years treats customers this way.

Came to the @OriginalTommys burgers on Beverly and Rampart. A customer returned a burger, and the cook had the audacity to pretend like they made us a new burger and gave us the returned burger. The burger was cold and looked like someone had taken it apart. Very disappointed
