And sometimes we have to remind ourselves that we are not responsible for other people's poor behaviour, gaslighting, manipulation or unkindness. That's on them. What is on us is how we respond, set boundaries, know our worth, and protect our peace.
There are levels to these things. Someone has spent K6,647 on groceries in ShopRite at Novare Pinnacle Mall, Woodlands. That is 4 times my rent & some change. As if I needed a reminder that I'm living poor.
This week, remember that what you say to yourself matters more than what the world says to you. Your inner voice can either build you or break you. It can fill you with confidence or drown you in doubt.
Happy New Week. May we win ๐๐๐
Your qualifications or connections can get you through the door, but what will keep you inside the room are results.
You have to deliver. CONSISTENTLY!
You have to be proud of yourself for how far youโve come in changing your habits, abstaining from negative influences, and strengthening your principles across multiple disciplines. Now imagine how much more you can achieve by staying consistent. Youโre doing amazing.
Life in your 20s is an opportunity to be at your best and make as much progress. Not a time to waste around and do your worst. Donโt play yourself. There are far more people in their 20s doing far more great things than those of us in our 30s, 40s and so on. Own your life.
I used to think letting go meant failure.
Then I realised: friendships end, old hobbies die, relationships shift, jobs stop fitting. Itโs all part of growing.
If it no longer makes sense, it no longer belongs.
Release it. Keep going. Better things are ahead.
Happy New Week!!!
