Just spent 3 hours in the same spot prepping fresh herbs, washing, peeling, slicing & dicing beautiful, seasonal vegetables and making mixes & slaws for the kitchen team. Feels good to work somewhere that makes almost everything from scratch, using proper fresh produce 🙌🏼🌿🥒🥗
