I started working out again more consistently after a long while the past 3 months
so I wanna share some thoughts
honestly it has been a very good change
I was always a nerdy sit in front of PC kinda person, all my work and play is arts, games and media, my life always been sedentary
my metabolism is kinda crazy so I never gained weight from not working out but honestly my strength was lacking
my wrists and posture would start to hurt from long hours of computer work, making it hard to do too much and I would always feel tired (I still do ngl). even chores are hard to accomplish like vacuuming and cleaning. visually and physically i didn't seem to look weaker but only after I worked out did I realize I was making things harder for myself
how did I initially gain motivation to work out if it's not for losing weight for looks?
well I saw videos, advice from experts and older people, articles etc that said working out, particularly lifting heavy actually improves your brain and mental functions. I don't know the scientific or medical terms but that was what I got the gist of. doing HARD tasks that pushes your body in turn fires up your brain
supplements like creatine also apparently isn't just for physical working out but it supplements the brain and organ function as well, as a fundamental part of your cells' retention of water and energy
not working out and having proper work out diets wasn't just reducing my energy or mental clarity but my brain was not being stimulated and growing in certain ways
working out at first is to supplement my mental performance which I need for work and stuff. I can say while I still tired af bc of my shitty sleep schedule choices and getting older, when I work out and afterward I can really feel my mind immediately sharper, ofc this might be due to various factors like oxygen flow and stuff from the circulation but regardless, I understand now that it isn't just for physical needs but for mental
now after working out more, I feel my strength, posture, capacity for daily life increasing slowly. it's slow work but I feel the difference. I don't get tired from vacuuming and cleaning and lifting objects around my relatively small place, I can travel and lift my suitcase without much strain, I can sit in front of my computer without as much pain... little things that if you didn't pay attention you might not notice
but more on top of that, the consistency, the discipline, the commitment to just going to the gym or taking the time to work out, no matter what, not making excuses, just getting up and doing it... is a super power that's like another muscle you worked out
each day you just get up and go do it, you train your discipline and your ability to overcome inertia, you feel accomplishment every time, you do get the mental reward and dopamine, you feel good about yourself, and that compiles to give you power to do anything, whether it's get out the house for groceries or make plans happen with friends or take a leap of faith and travel, everything becomes easier bc you trained that muscle
lastly, starting to do it consistently and feeling the positive feedback loop, makes going the next time easier and easier, you start liking the feeling of being sore from a work out or sweating bc you relate that with success and accomplishment, you'll enjoy the mental clarity that comes after, it'll continue to reinforce your drive
it's just a matter of starting to do it
(I'm not a doctor so you should be fact checking yourself on the benefits mentioned)

Vs Theme Song tells a story if you hear what you listen.
The Song kicks in veeery sloowly building up (Vs Life Path Prologue)
Then slowly the Synthwaves start = Vs rise as a merc towards the Major Leagues (The 6 Month Time Skip)
The Synth Waves keep getting louder and louder and more eerie (The Heist that went wrong)
In the middle around 1:18 The first guitar riffs start (Vs death and the Relic kicking in rebooting him and we all know who likes Guitar Riffs no?)
and then the Guitar becomes more aggressive and aggressive. Drums kick in too = Johnny taking over Vs body starting from the brain and slowly but surely spreading through the entire body
During this the Song becomes more aggressive and aggresive ; Sirens and such play too (I think that’s called sirens Im not sure Im not a music expert lol) = Vs Psyche melting with Johnnys providing the buffer to Chrome Up like no one else becoming a literal killing machine
and then the Song ends abruptly not getting slower it Ends like a snap of fingers = Vs Fate

Fat Joe was just 19 and at the very start of his rap career when his son Joey was born. In the hospital, a doctor pointed out signs of Down syndrome in the baby’s hands and feet, a moment that changed everything.
While Joe was still trying to process the news, Joey’s mother said she couldn’t handle it and wanted to give him up for adoption. Joe’s mother immediately stepped in and shut it down, refusing to let her grandson be given away. From that moment on, Joe and his family raised Joey together. The mother never returned, though Joe has said he never closed the door on her.
Despite being diagnosed with both Down syndrome and autism, Joey is, in Joe’s words, the happiest person he knows. He often jokes that Joey is the real boss of the house. During family dinners with his wife Lorena and their children, Joey sits at the head of the table, carrying himself with quiet authority like he runs everything.
Joe once described his son’s spirit in a simple but powerful way, saying that if anyone is stuck anywhere, Joey is stuck in happiness. He calls him the biggest blessing in his life and believes that loving and standing by his son has brought him both purpose and success.
