@virginmedia So spent 30 mintues on the phone to billing to be told to try rententions (already done x 2) to be told billing so now iam told customer complaints and given an email address. Does anyone know whats going on?

@virginmedia The billing (I think) regarding my volt contact. I am paying Virgin £56 (broadband £44 + Sim £12) No Sim was delivered so I got in touch with Virgin (x2) & was told to contact 02. 02 set me up on the volt and are billing me £12. So Virgin bill should be £44.
