Today, we honour the brave soldiers of the Kenya Defence Forces for their unwavering service. They were not born with courage, but through their sacrifice, they have become the embodiment of bravery.

@Jasiri_Sierra With such vast land they should have gone to a max of 3 or 4 floors build a vast community with all amenities like school, hospital and playground within. That would have made much sense than the nonsense they are doing especially in counties with less urbanization.
Our first hires came with their parents.
"What tech company is in Nyamarambe?" they asked, looking around like we were running a scam.
Nyamarambe wasn't on anyone's tech map. No one builds companies here. You go to Nairobi for that. You go to Kisii town at minimum. Not Nyamarambe.
But here we are. Almost 20 people in this office now.
This is the kind of conversation we need to have about the north. Good connectivity and power infrastructure in northern Kenya will do more to raise the GDP of this nation than repeated investment in the same cities and towns every budget cycle.
I hate poverty in all its forms. I hate how it deprives people of their dignity. A governor gives you a packet of flour, milk and cooking oil and then you revere the governor for years. You line up to vote for him because he gave you unga on Christmas. Poverty is disgusting.
I am watching a documentary on Huawei and a huge realisation just hit me. The whole "privatisation" plan is so insidiously diabolical that we (me at least) haven't been able to see it for this long!
@HammerOfWar5 This is not a KAF aircraft. It is a Warbrid, reg N167SM, owned by Dragon Aviation of US. This particular plane is actually ex Singapore Airforce. It crashed into the Hudson in 2011 and was declared w/o.
👋🏼 My new book “Brothers in Arms” just dropped from @JahaziPress! It is available for 1.5K in bookstores in Kenya—including Prestige, Nuria, Yaya Centre, TBC, JKIA—and on @amazon in a few days.
The Commander Kenya Air Force (KAF), Major General Bernard Waliaula, presided over the graduation ceremony of eighteen Rotary Wing pilots at the Aviation Centre of Excellence. The ceremony marked a significant milestone in the Kenya Air Force’s continued efforts to enhance operational capability and mission readiness, while also serving as an early Christmas gift to the newly qualified pilots.

There are two subspecies of pilots in Kenya and one entirely different species. The first two are the Aviatus Jomukus and Aviatus Wilsonicus.
The Aviatus Jomukus is a fascinating breed. The older members of this species have perfected the art of lying and PR. They have crafted a
The message here is; You cannot bypass Kenya’s minimum KCSE requirements for Medicine (MBChB) by enrolling in a foreign university. The Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) will not license you upon graduation if you didn’t meet the entry criteria locally. The only viable path then is to remain and practise in the foreign country where you trained.
