“Meet the best landlord in the world, my former landlord, the moment he knew I was building my own permanent place, he gave me his full support, my rent expired last year June but this man didn't allow me to renew my rent again, he gave me extra 6 months rent free to complete my building.
You can imagine leaving a rented space to your own permanent site, this man made it possible. I’ll forever be indebted you sir. Thank you for making this journey an easy one..."

Acting is far more demanding than engineering— Actress Etinosa Idemudia declares
Nollywood actress Etinosa Idemudia has opened up about the challenges of life in the film industry, describing acting as far more demanding than her previous career in engineering.
Speaking on the Bold Enough To Say It podcast, Idemudia noted that people outside the entertainment world often underestimate the physical and emotional strain that comes with acting.
“I have been an engineer and I have been an actor. No offence to my colleagues in the engineering world, but I dare say that being an actor is much more tasking. It’s a crazy kind of work a m@d person’s work. Don’t let those people that close by 5 p.m. insult us,” she said.
The actress, who holds a degree in engineering, stressed that acting requires immense creativity, discipline, and emotional resilience, adding that the industry is often misunderstood by outsiders who see only the glamour and not the grind.
