@cromaretail Every1 mis lead and provided wrong info to me wrt a/c delivery. I wonder, what will b the quality of service provided - they duped us in getting into 5yrs extended warranty. These people are only interested in sales and after that customer can go to hell.

@cromaretail Regret my decision to visit and purchase from Croma Kalikapur, Kolkata 99. A bunch of misleading, lying people working in the a/c section. Amit Sarkar, Sarthak Sarkar and the sweet talking fellow in the billing. All liers.

@cromaretail Your people @Kalikapur Store - Amit Sarkar continuously lied to us for the last 2 days. He told the delivery will happen from Singur but actually it was from Highland Park, very near to my address.

@cromaretail I have been following up with your store since 14.06.2026 for delivery on 26.06.2026. Which Amit Sarkar told he was not aware was a Holiday while confirming. How can an employee be unaware of such thing. After the sales is complete, customer can go to hell and run from pillar2pst

@cromaretail Booked a/c on 14.06.2026 but till now the product has not been delivered leave aside installation. My entire weekend has gone for a toss becoz of these set of customer unfriendly people like Sarthak and Amit

@cromaretail It's already mentioned in chat. Plz check and talk to your store people at Kalikapur. It seems we have done a mistake by purchasing product from your store when so many other stores are there nearby. The name of Tata does not have any guarantee now that service will be good.

@CromaSupport @cromaretail @Kalikapur Booked an a/c on 14.06.2026, entire payment done by 21.06.2026 and categorically requested to deliver on 26.06.2026. But it was not delivered ystrdy reason public holiday which was conveyed to store people multiple times but they said no problem it will be delivered.
