New house prices are a function of 3 things:
Land value
Build cost
Profit

Increase build cost does not have to mean higher price.

Most disturbing was @TheBrexitPartly addressed it personally to my partner when there’s no way she’s ever given them explicit consent to hold and use her data under GDPR. Breaking the law already?
