Working in Health and Social Care commissioning across Norfolk and Waveney. Father to two smashing sons and husband to a wonderful wife. Views are my own.
Honoured to have been part of the D-Day challenge, where our group raised nearly £12,000 for Combat Stress. Huge thanks to everyone who supported us, including the following companies who generously donated a raffle prize @MaidsHeadHotel@pwhills@BroomGolf@fairhavengarden

@fran_odriscoll So sorry to hear this Fran. Appreciate there isn’t anything I can say to make the pain you must be feeling, any less. Thinking of you x
Happy #HistoryWritersDay & thanks @Books2Cover for arranging.
Over the weekend I’ll share details of both biographies I’ve written. 2 inspirational heroes I had the privilege to know & to document their stories.
Visit https://t.co/9qo3JmU76u to find out more about the books & me!
2 weeks ago we arrived early at East Kirkby, supported by great friend @pilot396 & having run 8 miles from Spilsby, to the glorious sight of @NX611JustJane at dawn 👌🏻

One of so many amazing experiences last week! The opportunity to run along some old RAF Bomber Command runways. Visualising Lancs, Wimpys, Stirlings, Halifaxes thundering down, & the courageous young many who would never return, was hugely moving!

Privileged to be able to take part in this run for a great cause, raising money and awareness of what happened. Photo today from the @IntBCC@mrjakehumphrey two of these boys are from Norfolk (myself included) and would appreciate a retweet if at all possible.
Hi @mrjakehumphrey doing a 85 mile run to raise money/ awareness for RAF Bomber Command who sacrificed so much. Discovered the high performance podcast during training and it helped to underline the the importance of mental strength, when faced with physical challenge, thanks!
OTD day last year we finished a mammoth 80 miles in 5 days to commemorate #TheFew
