Does DTB maintain a formal policy or procedure for handling mistaken Paybill transfers, and if so, what is the expected timeline for resolving such cases?

On June 9, 2026, I mistakenly sent KSh 31,860 through DTB Paybill No. 516600 to account number 446266. On June 22, 2026, I also mistakenly sent KSh 31,780 through the same Paybill to account number 445166, which I understand belongs to Robinson Omondi Ochieng.
