A "leaner" company doesn't need to print 9.4 million new shares for executive compensation. If the leadership team was actually executing, they wouldn't need to dilute us to reward themselves. We’re being taxed for "tenure" rather than performance.

In this "start-up mode" and business model shift, the board should be pinching pennies—not printing them. With shorts still sitting at 33% of the float, this dilution just adds fuel to the fire. Shoutout to Shah Capital for standing up for us retail shareholders and fighting against this board’s disconnect. June 18th is the day we either push back or continue the cycle of value destruction. 📉🧐
