The New York Mayor has been exposed for creating a 200-strong influencer network to push City Hall talking points on voting, healthcare, immigration, and tenants’ rights.

They get daily updates, clips, and special access through an encrypted Signal chat run by City Hall. Some get paid $5,000–$20,000 per campaign through firms with city contracts.

How is this even legal?
