@SW_Help 10:19 GLD to WAT arrived at 10:24. Platform screens said 8 cars. It was 4 cars and lead to running on platform. It is overcrowded. Left at 10:28 so 9mins late. As yet zero explanation for any events nor apology. @swtrains_watch
@SW_Help@swtrains_watch I note that after several hours that @SW_Help could not be bothered to answer. Even though they have replied to hardly any messages today, only to reinforce the total lack of comms. GVNT-owned but still the same shoddy service, including the socials team.
@SW_Help Why was PIS not updated? How if the fault was at the start did it then lose an incremental 4minutes between Farncombe and Guildford? Why are there no announcements on the platform? @swtrains_watch

@swtrains_watch@SW_Help If you get the chance to ask about redundancy/back-up then please do. So many single points of failure is not good. Their internal risk register must be a frightening read.
Also they always don’t seem to have a plan. And “don’t travel today” cannot be a tactic.
@swtrains_watch@SW_Help Feels like there is no main & back-up here, which is staggering for CNI. I would have through microwave links as a minimum. An industry trying to avoid cost and impacting customers.
@thameswater lower pressure in postcode GU5 0U. Is this caused by the reported leak/burst at GU6 8QZ as reported on your network problems site this morning?
@stephenjones9@SBarnesRugby Martin’s power and grit makes it a very tasty 2nd row. Definitely Chessum at 6 for me, to see him become close to the new Lawes. Itoje has a fight on his hands with Coles playing like he did.
If only the Willis brothers could be picked.
@swtrains_watch@SW_Help What are the ongoing plans in place to manage service disruption instead of just throwing hands in the air and saying “pay for a taxi and reclaim it”? Many times this will be at stations without meaningful taxi service or they are expensive.
@swtrains_watch@SW_Help Once again: when will service return to pre-covid levels? GLD to WAT (and return) remains at 3 services per hour rather than pre-covid 4. It leaves services painfully overcrowded which counters their point that there isn’t demand.
