@Better_UK Once again, 3-4 courts already booked up 3 hours before the courts are available to book online. Someone is pre-booking the courts before the members are allowed. Would you care to explain what is going on and what is the point of membership now?

@Better_UK I tried to book a court for my kids as usual tonight, but can only see up until next week all of a sudden and all courts are obviously fully booked. What has happened to the booking system?

@Better_UK So how do you explain that 11 courts weren’t available to book well before the time we were allowed? I can tell you that courts 3,4 & 5 were not available when the bookings went live. That suggests people (coaches maybe) pre-booking.

@DanielBateman @Better_UK They supposedly changed the booking system to make it easier to book courts, but it’s far worse. At least before, courts became available to all members at the same time. However, I noticed yesterday that some courts were already pre-booked even before they went online!

@Better_UK This is a rubbish system and way worse even than before. There’s even less courts available and now they’re even harder to book. Plus you’re clearly giving secret preference to certain individuals over others, whereas before it was at least fair. Now it’s totally unfair.

@Better_UK Can I ask why, 10 mins before the bookings open, some courts already appear to have been booked? This has never happened before.
