Neuroanatomical structures 🧠 help regulate the endocrine and reproductive system. We investigated genetics underlying variation in these structures using ~35,000 @uk_biobank MRIs and here’s what we found! 🧵 below or new preprint @medrxivpreprint > https://t.co/WmXlCXc120
Incredibly excited to see this work out! We've put in a lot of effort getting MMORF to this point, and I'm quietly pleased with just how well it performs. Please get in touch if you have any questions, or just want some pointers on trying MMORF with your own data. #FSL @OxfordWIN
Want to try out MMORF, but need a multimodal template to register to? @ChrisArthofer has you covered! With age dependent versions of T1, T2-FLAIR, & DTI, this is a great resource, & available right now! If you're at #OHBM2023, come check it out at poster 2420 today. @OxfordWIN

Recent events in the US have exposed terrible inequalities faced by Black Americans. This is not unique: racism is woven into ALL institutions including academia & STEM. Exclusion & power differentials damage Black & Brown lives worldwide. Educational institutions must do better.
We have fully-funded, three-and-a-half-year PhD studentships available starting in September in various aspects of biomedical imaging.
Take a look at some of the potential projects here: https://t.co/PtwZDh8Q8s
Application deadline: 17th Jan - Good luck!
