@l0veleahh@FightHaven@30SecFights I was just getting my car serviced at a Toyota and bored out of my mind I walked around the new cars, and like 5 guys asked me if I wanted a new car. 😂
@mhjd_85 Yeah not surprised. That why I don’t watch figure skating as a sport anymore. No matter how we change the rules there is always a reason why figure skating is subjective and Not objective.
Figure skating fans, this is. A good watch on ladies figure skating and how they had a lot to say about judging. But it’s a nice documentary though. https://t.co/6o2C1OKOA7 via @YouTube
@mathildamell@parakaysiya@requiemoftenchi Well they do more than that. There was still block judging. And it’s still happening today. For smaller countries it is harder because they want certain types of skaters and federations to have a chance. Smaller federations barely have chances given.
@parakaysiya@requiemoftenchi Anyone can be a judge. Parents, hockey players, and well anyone who never skated. Skaters can’t judge if they want to coach. If they are technical specialist, yes they can coach.
@requiemoftenchi@Fran_klymydear Most judges and in the panel in a general sense are not high level skaters. And some have never skated before. The rule as well is that if a skater wants to judge, they can never coach. Being a tech specialist you can coach. Unless there is a rule change it ain’t gonna change.
Personal bests everywhere, and not because of Worlds inflation, because lots of guys are skating the best they've ever skate - THIS is why we have post-Olympic Worlds

@mhjd_85 @sasssurlaglace I can’t imagine living in a country where you don’t have a voice or a choice without being threatened. This whole thing reminds me of George Orwell’s book 1984.
