@mikemicmy@Emotion78687 I saw them live with Steve Augeri. He did a great job. He was in a tough spot having to follow Steve Perry. Thats a no win situtation
@MJTruthUltra Yes eliminate wasteful spending (wherever you find it), but Rand’s skipping the easy fix: lift the Social Security wage cap. Right now, no SS tax is collected on income above roughly $175 K. Removing that cap would do far more for solvency than nickels from foreign aid.

From the State of California, which @GavinNewsom is the Governor of.
US Attorney Bill Essayli just exposed that @CA_Dem officials oversaw multi-billion dollar homelessness fund fraud.
No wonder why career California politicians, such as Newsom, Schiff & Pelosi, can afford million dollar homes.
"Billions of California tax dollars intended to solve homelessness … had little to no progress. California state officials failed to provide meaningful oversight over the individuals who received most of these funds."
The state agency paid $26M for a fraudulent project - the developer did not complete construction. Essayli says at least $2.2M was diverted to pay that person's American Express credit card.
"Accountability starts today … we're making public 2 criminal cases relating to 2 separate real estate developers involved in misappropriating millions of state funds intended to combat homelessness."
Remember … this happened under @CAgovernor Newsom’s tenure, as well as the BILLION dollar rail-system to nowhere!
@4thOfJuly365 Hey @CNNPolitics, @cnn, and @kasie, ProPublica’s “dual primary mortgage” story ignores key facts. Zeldin & Duffy both lived in their homes as required. Zeldin moved after years on Long Island; Duffy bought in D.C. 3 yrs after NJ—well past the 1-yr rule. Context matters.
Hey @RepJasonCrow, your act is BS: The NOPE Act is classic D.C. doublespeak: says it stops political retaliation, actually legalizes it. Every grudge becomes a lawsuit, every critic a plaintiff. #NOPEAct#WeaponizedGovernment
This president and his lieutenants are coming after every American who dares to speak out against them.
I went to war three times for this country to defend the right of people to say things I may not like.
We must protect free speech rights for ALL Americans.
Hey @GovRonDeSantis, I 100% agree - getting rid of property taxes in purpetuity is a great idea. It should be either an upfront sales tax, or a tax paid over a fixed period of time (say 5, 10 or 15 years).
I know some right wing influencers still have a beef against this guy because of the primaries, but his out of the box thinking on issues like this where so many others are silent and his ability to not just successfully govern a former purple state but turn it blood red should earn him forgiveness from all but the most bitter grudge holders. Ron DeSantis should be part of the conversation for decades to come.

Hey @CNN, @jaketapper, The internet never forgets. FYI-as someone who has purchased a few rental properties, there is absolutely no way this was unintentional. Every application has:
In 2023 CNN fake journalist Laura Coates passionately explained why Trump's alleged mortgage fraud was not a victimless crime.
Now Coates is saying that Letitia James' little mistake didn't hurt anybody.
This is CNN.
